The production cross-sections for W\u00b1 and Z bosons are measured using ATLAS data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.0 pb\u22121\ncollected at a centre-of-mass energy sqrt(s) = 2.76 TeV. The decay channels W->lnu and Z->ll are used, where l can be an electron or a muon. \nThe cross-sections are presented for a fiducial region defined by the detector acceptance and are also extrapolated to the full phase space \nfor the total inclusive production cross-section. The combined (average) total inclusive cross-sections for the electron and muon channels are:\nsigma_tot(W^+ -> lnu) = 2312 \u00b1 26(stat.) \u00b1 27(syst.) \u00b1 72(lumi.) \u00b130 (extr.)pb,\nsigma_tot(W^- -> lnu) = 1399 \u00b1 21(stat.) \u00b1 17(syst.) \u00b1 43(lumi.) \u00b121 (extr.)pb,\nsigma_tot(Z -> ll) = 323.4 \u00b1 9.8(stat.) \u00b1 5.0(syst.) \u00b110.0(lumi.) \u00b1 5.5(extr.)pb.\nMeasured ratios and asymmetries constructed using these cross-sections are also presented. These observables benefit from full or partial cancellation \nof many systematic uncertainties that are correlated between the different measurements.\n\nW-boson fiducial region is defined as:\n- ptLepton > 20 GeV \n- |etaLepton| < 2.4\n- MET > 25 GeV\n- mT > 40GeV\n\nZ-boson fiducial region is defined as:\n- ptLepton > 20 GeV\n- |etaLepton| < 2.4\n- 66 < |mll| < 116
