The JES uncertainty on the TEEC and ATEEC measurements is partially
correlated between the measurement bins. The relevant information is
stored in four additional separated files, which can be used to
replace the single "JES" source given in the main HEPDATA entry
(formed by the quadratic sum of 61 sources to be treated correlated
across bins). These files are:

TEEC_JES_Down.txt
TEEC_JES_Up.txt
ATEEC_JES_Down.txt
ATEEC_JES_Up.txt

In these files each row represents a bin in either TEEC (26 bins) or
ATEEC (13 bins), while each of the 61 columns is a different source of
JES uncertainty. The uncertainty here is the relative systematic
uncertainty (i.e. Delta X / X). As JES sources are asymmetric, there
are two files for TEEC and two files for ATEEC, named the 'Up' and
'Down' to represent these parts of the uncertainty.
