Abstract (data abstract)
CERN-LHC. Measurement of the inclusive charged particle transverse momentum distributions in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 900 GeV. The data cover the central pseudorapidity region from -0.8 to 0.8 and PT from 0.15 to 10 GeV. Results are given for both inelastic (INEL) and non-single-diffractive (NSD) events. The data were collected during the LHC setup period in December 2009 comprising 344000 triggered events. Numerical values supplied by J Otwinowski.
