Abstract (data abstract)
CERN-LHC. Measurement of the production of PHI, OMEGA and RHO mesons from di-muon events produced in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. The data collected during 2010 with a total integrated luminosity of 85 nb-1 was used to determine PT distributions with a subsample of 55.7 nb-1 used to measure the omega and phi cross sections. The data cover the rapidity range 2.5-4.0 and PT from 1-5 GeV/c with differential and total cross sections presented for PHI and OMEGA production together with the ratio of the RHO to OMEGA production cross sections.
