PIONS WERE SCATTERED IN LIQUID HYDROGEN TARGET AND RECOIL PROTONS SCATTERED IN EMULSION. /// COMMENTS FROM LOVELACE71 COMPILATION OF THESE DATA -- LOVELACE71 PUTS THE DCS DATA IN A SPECIAL SECTION RESERVED FOR EXPERIMENTS THAT DISAGREE SERIOUSLY WITH OTHERS. /// COMMENTS ON MODIFICATIONS TO LOVELACE71 COMPILATION BY KELLY -- THE RENORMALIZATION CORRECTIONS GIVEN WITH THE LOVELACE71 VERSION OF THE DCS DATA (WHICH WAS APPARENTLY TAKEN FROM THE ORIGINAL RUSSIAN JOURNALS) ARE INCORRECT (WRONG SIGN AT ALL 3 MOMENTA,WRONG MAGNITUDE AT ONE). THE FORWARD POINTS DISAGREE WITH THE PUBLISHED VALUES EVEN WHEN THIS IS CORRECTED.
