Measurement of the production ratios of prompt charged  particles  (protons, pions and kaons) produced in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 900 GeV  and 7 Tev using data of total  integrated luminosities of 0.3 nb-1 and 1.8 nb-1 respectively.  The data for both like-particle and different-particle ratios for particles with momenta > 5 GeV  are given for three PT ranges,  <0.8, 0.8-1.2 and >1.2 GeV as a function of the charged particle pseudorapidity.
