Abstract (data abstract)
CERN-LHC. Measurements of the cross section for $\Phi \rightarrow Z Z_{d}$ production using the $Z \rightarrow e e, \mu \mu$ decay channels in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with 36.1 $fb^-1$ of data collected in 2015-2016. All events contain exactly 2 electrons and at least 1 jet or exactly 2 muons and at least 1 jet. The signal region is defined as: - 2e, 2$\mu$ - ptLepton > 7 GeV (at least one with ptLepton > 25 GeV) - |etaLepton| < 2.4 - The lepton pair is required to have invariant mass between 66 and 116 GeV - At least one jet with Jet $E_{T}$ > 40 GeV (cut increased to 60 GeV for $m_{\Phi}$ = 250 GeV and to 80 GeV for $m_{\Phi}$ = 500 GeV samples) - Signal jet (Defined as a jet with 0 tracks with $p_{T}$ > 1 GeV pointing to the primary vertex, $log_{10}(E_{Tile}/E_{LAr})$, and -3 ns < jet timing < 15 ns)
