A search for the electroweak (EW) production of two Z bosons in association with 2 jets (j) and constraints on anomalous quartic gauge couplings are presented. The analysis is based on a data sample of proton-proton collisions at \u221as= 13 TeV collected with the CMS detector in 2016-2018 and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 137.1 fb\u22121. The search is performed in the fully leptonic final state where the two Z bosons decay to either a pair of electrons or a pair of muons. \n The inclusive fiducial region is defined as: \n pt(l) > 20,10,5,5 GeV, |eta(l)|< 2.5 \n 60 < m(ll)< 120 GeV, m(4l)>180 GeV \n pT(j) > 30 GeV, |eta(j)| < 4.7 \n m(jj) > 100 GeV and DeltaR(l,j)>0.4. \n The VBS-enriched loose selection additionally requires: \n m(jj) > 400 GeV and DeltaEta(jj)>2.4. \n The VBS-enriched tight selection additionally requires: \n m(jj) > 1 TeV and DeltaEta(jj)>2.4.","hasPart":[{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.95433.v1/t1","@type":"Dataset","description":"Data from paper Table 3.
