Charged-particle multiplicity measurement in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=7$ TeV with ALICE at LHC

Abstract (data abstract)
CERN-LHC. Measurement of charged particle pseudorapidity densities and multiplicities in P P collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV in the pseudorapidity range -1.0 to 1.0. Results are given for the INEL>0 class of events, which requires inelastic events with at least one charged particle in the final state in the pseudorapidity range -1.0 to 1.0. Similar measurements at 0.9 and 2.36 TeV are given in a separate paper (arXiv:1004.3034). Numerical values supplied by J.F.Grosse-Oetringhaus.
