Measurement of charged particle pseudorapidity densities and multiplicities in P P collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 900 and 2360 GeV in the pseudorapidity range -1.4 to 1.4.     Results are given for two normalizations: INEL - the sum of all inelastic interactions, and NSD - non-single diffractive, ie non-diffractive and double processes only.  Results are also given for the INEL&gt;0 class of events,  which requires at least one charged particle in the final state in the pseudorapidiy range -0.5 to 0.5.     Similar measurements at 7000 GeV are given in a separate paper  (arXiv:1004.3514).
