Measurements of the differential cross sections for muon and  electron production in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV.   The muon cross section is measured as a function of its transverse momentum in the range  4<PT<100 GeV for |pseudorapidity| < 2.5. In addition both the electron and muon cross sections are measured for |pseudorapidity| < 2.0 excluding the range 1.37-1.52. The data were collected during April-August 2010 with the electron(muon) sample having integrated luminosity 1.28+-0.04(1.42+-0.05) pb 1.  The muon cross section  is also shown after subtraction of the W/Z/GAMMA* component.
