In Phys. Lett. B 753, 629-638 (2016) [arXiv:1507.08188] the BESIII collaboration published a cross section measurement of the process $e^+e^-\to \pi^+ \pi^-$ in the energy range between 600 and 900 MeV. In this erratum we report a corrected evaluation of the statistical errors in terms of a fully propagated covariance matrix. The correction also yields a reduced statistical uncertainty for the hadronic vacuum polarization contribution to the anomalous magnetic moment of the muon, which now reads as $a_\mu^{\pi\pi\mathrm{, LO}}(600 - 900\,\mathrm{MeV}) = (368.2 \pm 1.5_{\rm stat} \pm 3.3_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-10}$. The central values of the cross section measurement and of $a_\mu^{\pi\pi\mathrm{, LO}}$, as well as the systematic uncertainties remain unchanged.
Bare cross section $\sigma^\mathrm{bare}(e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-(\gamma_\mathrm{FSR}))$ of the process $e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-$ measured using the initial state radiation method. The data is corrected concerning final state radiation and vacuum polarization effects. The final state radiation is added using the Schwinger term at born level.
Statistical covariance matrix of the bare cross section $\sigma^\mathrm{bare}(e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-(\gamma_\mathrm{FSR}))$.
Pion form factor $|F_\pi|^2$ measured using the initial state radiation method. The data is corrected concerning vacuum polarization effects.
The photon structure function F 2 has been measured at average Q 2 values of 73,160 and 390 ( GeV c ) 2 . We compare the x dependence of the Q 2 = 73 ( GeV c ) 2 data with theoretical expectations based on QCD. In addition we present results on the Q 2 evolution of the structure function for the intermediate x range (0.3⩽ x ⩽0.8). The results are consistent with QCD.
X dependence at Q**2 = 73 GeV**2 for light quark data.
X dependence at Q**2 = 73 GeV**2 for total data.

We have studied the topologies of hadronic events in e + e - annihilation data taken in the region of the upsilon resonances with the non-magnetic CUSB detectors at CESR. Using a thrust-like variable we compare the decay of ϒ, ϒ′ and ϒPrime; find for ϒ″ a significant excess of high thrust events, which we interpret as evidence for electric dipole transitions.

We report on inclusive K 0 production in the region of the upsilon resonances (9.4–10.6 GeV). The K 0 yield for the resonances and continuum below the B B threshold is found to be constant at 0.82 ± 0.10 K 0 per observed hadronic event. At the ϒ (4S), however, the K 0 yield is significantly higher, 1.58 ± 0.35. This increase in K 0 production and the differential cross section d σ /d p of kaons are consistent with B B decay of the ϒ (4S) resonance with the bottom quarks subsequently decaying primarily into charmed quarks.
