Proton-proton elastic scattering has been measured over the four-momentum transfer squared 0.0007 ⩽ t ⩽ 0.02 GeV 2 /c 2 . A gas hydrogen jet has been used as an internal target of the accelerator. The results indicate that the ratio of the real to the imaginary part of the proton-proton forward scattering amplitude rises smoothly with increasing energy from α = −0.35 ± 0.05 at p = 9.39 GeV/ c to α = −0.092 ± 0.011 at p = 69.8 GeV/ c .
THE TOTAL ELASTIC CROSS SECTION IS DERIVED FROM THE OPTICAL THEOREM POINT AND SLOPE PARAMETER.
Polarization and differential cross-section data are presented for elastic scattering of antiprotons on polarized protons at eight momenta between 0.9 and 2.5 GeV/ c . The data are fitted with a diffraction model.
COMBINED 0.88 AND 0.95 GEV/C DATA.
COMBINED 1.00 AND 1.04 GEV/C DATA.
COMBINED 1.01 AND 1.055 GEV/C DATA.
Polarization and differential cross-section data for elastic scattering of positive pions on protons between 0.82 and 2.74 GeV/ c are presented. A dip in the polarization, at constant u ≈ −0.65 GeV 2 , is observed. The data are compared with published phase-shift analyses.

Polarizationdata for the reaction pp → π + d on polarized protons at 1.04, 1.13, 1.21, 1.37 and 1.45 GeV/ c are presented. The coefficient characterizing the angular distribution of the polarization show an energy dependence similar to that of the total cross-section and are consistent with the view that N ∗ ( 3 2 , 3 2 ) production dominates the reaction mechanism.

We present an analysis of the K ππ system produced in 10 GeV/ c K + p interactions. We show that the low-mass enchancement between 1.2 and 1.4 GeV/ c 2 on the K ππ mass spectrum is predominantly 1 + throughout, give the relative amplitudes for the decay of this system into K ∗ (890) π and K ρ , and offer new evidence for the presence of two 1 + resonances in this mass region.

DIFFERENTIAL CROSS SECTION FOR THREE MASS BANDS IN Q-REGION. NORMALIZATION UNCERTAIN - NO UNITS FOR D(SIG)/DT GIVEN ON FIGURE. NUMERICAL VALUES TAKEN FROM THE COMPILATION LST7V2 FOX 72B. ERRORS ADDED AS 1/SQRT(EVENTS).
Polarization and differential cross-section data at 16 momenta between 0.86 and 2.74 GeV/ c are presented. (Preliminary data on some of the momenta have been published earlier.) In an energy-independent phase-shift analysis from threshold up to 2.5 GeV/ c , resonant-like as well as non-resonant solutions are found for the P 3 wave. An helicity flip-non-flip decomposition of the partial waves partly supports the indications found in the analyses of other reactions that the pomeron is built up mainly from s -channel helicity non-flip contributions.
