We have studied the inclusive production of strange meson and baryon resonances in 360 GeV/cpp interactions. Cross sections forK*+(892) andK*−(892) are estimated to be 4.42±0.62 mb and 2.54±0.47 mb respectively and those for∑+(1385) and∑−(1385) are 0.67±0.11 mb and 0.26±0.07 mb respectively. Longitudinal and transverse momentum distributions forK*(892) and Σ(1385) are presented, as well as for their decay productsK0 and Λ. An estimation is given on theK*(1430) and∑*(1915) productions.

The antiproton-helium reaction cross section has been measured at 19.6 and 48.7 MeV with a streamer chamber in a magnetic field. Charged prongs and negative pion multiplicities and cross sections for the production of 3 He are given. A comparison with p 2 H is performed. he previously obtained 179.6 MeV results are also taken into account.

The mechanism of the reaction 3 He + p → p + p + d is studied by making use of the ITEP 80 cm liquid-hydrogen bubble chamber exposed to a beam of 5 GeV/ c 3 He nuclei. The reaction cross section is equal to 20.6 ± 0.3 mb. The phase-space regions associated with quasifree scattering (QFS) and final-state interactions (FSI) are selected. Angular, mass and momentum distributions of the reaction products are obtained in the entire kinematically allowed range. The experimental data in the QFS region are compared with theoretical calculations based on the simplest pole-diagram approximation. The 3 He and deuteron wave functions (WF) correspond to the realistic RSC potential. The D-wave components of these WF are taken into account. The absolute value of the cross section and shape of the distributions are described as a whole reasonably well within the frame of the model considered in the kinematical region where FSI may be neglected. But at large spectator momenta there is an essential disagreement. The possible reasons for this are discussed.

The ρ0-meson spin alignment is studied in p¯p interactions at 22.4 and 12 GeV/c and in the reaction p¯p→2π++2π−+neutrals at 5.7 GeV/c. An essential ρ0-meson spin alignment is observed. The values of the ρ00T element of the ρ0-meson spin-density matrix in the transversity frame are 0.56 ± 0.07, 0.53 ± 0.05, and 0.54 ± 0.04 for the above-mentioned interactions, respectively. An increase of ρ00T with ρ0 transverse momentum is obtained.
