CROSS-OVER IS AT -T = 0.17 +- 0.02 GEV**2. DIVIDE BY 20 TO GET D(SIG)/DT IN MB/GEV**2. CORRECTED FOR LOST EVENTS FOR -T < 0.12 GEV**2.
FROM QUADRATIC EXPONENTIAL FIT TO D(SIG)/DT. BOTH STATISTICAL AND SYSTEMATIC ERRORS INCLUDED IN VALUES.
We have performed absolute measurements of the differential cross section for elastic e−p scattering in the range of momentum transfer from Q2=2.9 to 31.3 (GeV/c)2. Combined statistical and systematic uncertainties in the cross-section measurements ranged from 3% at low Q2 to 19% at high Q2. These data have been used to extract the proton magnetic form factor GMp(Q2). The results show a smooth decrease of Q4GMp with momentum transfer above Q2=10 (GeV/c)2. These results are compared with recent predictions of perturbative QCD.

The neutron-proton elastic differential cross section has been measured for incident momenta between 10 and 70 GeV/c and for values of the momentum transfer squared between 0.1 and 2.8 (GeV/c) 2 . The forward peak and the break at about ∣ t ∣ = 1 (GeV/ c ) 2 are very similar to corresponding pp data.

IM(AMP) VIA OPTICAL THEOREM FROM TOTAL CROSS SECTIONS OF L. M. VASILYEV ET AL., PL 36B, 528 (1971).
Proton-proton and proton-deuteron elastic scattering has been measured for incident laboratory energy from 50 to 400 GeV; minimum |t| values were, for p−p, 0.0005 (GeV/c)2, and for p−d, 0.0008 (GeV/c)2. From the differential cross sections we have determined the ratios of the real to imaginary parts of the forward scattering amplitude, ρpp and ρpd, for p−p and p−d scattering. Using a Glauber approach and a sum-of-exponentials form factor we obtain ρpn for p−n scattering.

The differential cross sections for elastic π − p, K − p , p p and π + p, pp scattering at 39 and 44.5 GeV/ c , respectively, have been measured in the interval of momentum transfer squared 0.15 ≤ ovbt | ≤ 2 (GeV/ c ) 2 .

Differential cross sections for π − p and pp elastic scattering have been measured at incident momenta ranging from 30 to 345 GeV and in the t range 0.002 (GeV/ c ) 2 ⩽ | t | ⩽ 0.04 (GeV/ c ) 2 . From the analysis of the data, the ratio ϱ ( t = 0) of the real to the imaginary parts of the forward scattering amplitude was determined together with the logarithmic slope b of the diffraction cone.

Measurements of wide angle elastic p-p scattering between 7 and 12 GeV/c are reported. Structure found in the angular distributions is suggestive of diffraction.
