Evidence is presented for the occurrence in e + e − annihilation of a new vector meson of mass 1821 ± 16 MeV and Γ = 31 ± 15 MeV.
MULTIHADRON EVENTS (AT LEAST THREE CHARGED TRACKS WITH ZERO OR MORE PHOTONS) PER UNIT LUMINOSITY.
We present experimental evidence for a resonant behaviour of the hadron production from e + e − annihilations at the e + e − storage ring ADONE. A Breit-Wigner fit to the enhancement present between 1800 and 1850 MeV gives the following parameters M = 1812 −13 +7 MeV, Γ = 34 −15 +21 MeV.
MULTIHADRON EVENTS (AT LEAST THREE CHARGED TRACKS) PER UNIT LUMINOSITY.
Multihadron production has been measured at the Adone e + e − storage ring in the c.m. energy region 1600 ÷ 1900 MeV. A resonant behaviour is observed, centered at 1819 ± 5 (±2) MeV, with a width of 24 ± 5 (±4) MeV. This effect is observed only in the events with 3 or 4 charged particles together with photons, but not in those without photons.
MULTIHADRON EVENTS (3 OR 4 CHARGED PARTICLES PLUS ONE OR MORE PHOTONS DETECTED) PER UNIT LUMINOSITY. RESONANCE NOT SEEN IN EVENTS WITH NO PHOTONS.
We report on inclusive production of J ψ (3.1)-mesons observed in e + e − -annihilation in the energy range s = 4.0–5.0 GeV . After substraction of the radiative tail of the ψ(3.7) direct production of the J ψ (3.1) is found to be in the order of 0.1% of the total hadronic cross section. No enhancements are seen at s = 4.03 GeV and 4.4 GeV. The level is in agreement with expectations from violation of the Zweig-rule.
THIS IS 0.13 PCT OF THE TOTAL HADRONIC CROSS SECTION.
Charged hadron production via e + e − → h ± X where h ± = π ± , K ± , p ̄ has been measured for s values between 13 and 25 GeV 2 . Inclusive cross sections and the evidence for scaling are presented.

The total cross section for K ± production in e + e − collisions was measured for cms energies between 3.6 and 5 GeV and was found to increase by a factor of 2–3 from 3.6 to 4.1 GeV.

We have measured the production cross section for K s 0 in e + e − annihilation from 3.6 to 5.0 GeV center of mass energy. A substantial increase of the K s 0 yield is observed around 4 GeV in qualitative agreement with the charm hypothesis.
THE DATA GIVEN HERE AT 9.3 GEV AND ABOVE ARE REPORTED IN C. BERGER ET AL., PL 104B, 79 (1981). THE 12.0 AND 30 GEV DATA WERE TAKEN AT PETRA.

We present results for the total cross section of e + e − annihilation into two hadrons at 1.6 GeV: σ ππ = σ KK = (1.8 ± 1.1) × 10 -33 cm 2 .From these values we obtain the time-like electromagnetic form factors these mesons: | F π | 2 = 0.24 ± 0.14 and | F K | 2 = 0.46 ± 0.26.

Using the solenoidal magnetic detector PLUTO, we have measured the total cross section for e + e − annihilation into hadrons. Results are presented for center of mass energies between 3.6 and 4.8 GeV, and in the regions of the J ψ (3.1) and ψ(3.7) resonances. We also present results for the 2 prong cross section in the energy range 3.6 to 4.8 GeV.
