The complete results of the experiments carried out with the Neutral Detector at the e + e − storage ring VEPP-2M in the energy range 2 E =0.5–1.4 GeV are reviewed. The data sample corresponds to a total integrated luminosity of 19 pb −1 .
ND results from Dolinsky et al., PL B174 (1986) 453.. Statistical errors only are shown. There is an additional systematic errorof 8%.
Averaged ND data.. Statistical errors only are shown. There is an additional systematic errorof 8%.
Cross section derived from ARGUS data, Albrecht et al., PL B185 (1987) 223.. Statistical errors only are shown. There is an additional systematic errorof 8%.
The study of 620 hadron pairs produced in the s -range (1.44−9.0) GeV 2 , has yielded 110 collinear hadronic events. Their identification in terms of π and K mesons allows the determination of the time-like electromagnetic from factors of these pseudoscalar mesons in the above time-like range. The total number of (e + e − ) events observed in the same experimental conditions is 18 048.

THIS HADRON PAIR CROSS SECTION PROVIDES ONLY AN UPPER LIMIT TO THE PION FORM FACTOR ABOVE 1.5 GEV SINCE KAON PRODUCTION IS NOT DISTINGUISHED.
The cross section for the process $e^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^-$ is measured in the c.m. energy range 1.04-1.38 GeV from 995 000 selected collinear events including 860000 $e^+e^-$ events, 82000 $\mu^+\mu^-$ events, and 33000 $\pi^+\pi^-$ events. The systematic and statistical errors of measuring the pion form factor are equal to 1.2-4.2 and 5-13%, respectively.
Measured value of the pion form factor with statistical errors only.
