The Λ p å Λ p cross section has been measured in the Λ-momentum range of 120 to 320 MeV/ c using 238 events. A comparison with the effective range approximation yielded the values a s = −2.46, a t = −2.07, r s = 3.87 and r t = 4.50 in fm.

Nucl.Phys.B 3 (1967) 181-187, 1967.
Inspire Record 1389662 DOI 10.17182/hepdata.33327

Total cross sections have been measured for H, He, 6 Li, C, O and Pb targets for 1 GeV incident energy protons. From the differential elastic scattering data published elsewhere, we also obtain the total elastic scattering and reaction cross sections for H, He, C and O. When our data are combined with other measurements in the same energy region, it is found that the total and reaction cross sections can be fit by the formulae σ T = 47 A 0.82 and σ R = 42 A 0.67 mb. It is also observed that the total and reaction cross sections for negative pions on nuclei can also be fit with these same A -dependencies.

Phys.Lett. 21 (1966) 465-467, 1966.
Inspire Record 1389641 DOI 10.17182/hepdata.29926

The momentum spectrum of 4 He produced at 0 o lab. by deuteron collisions at 1.69 GeV/ c , has been measured to determine possible π-π resonances of low effective mass values. No significant deviations from phase space are found. The total cross sections for the reaction d + d → 4 He + 2π is found to be (0.6±0.2) × × 10 −30 cm 2 .

The transverse and longitudinal cross sections for electroproduction of pions near the Δ(1236)-isobar

Bartel, W. ; Dudelzak, B. ; Krehbiel, H. ; et al.
Phys.Lett.B 27 (1968) 660-662, 1968.
Inspire Record 1389642 DOI 10.17182/hepdata.29204

The reaction e + p → e ′+ N ∗ was studied for four momentum transfers up to 2.34 (GeV/ c ) 2 in the region of the 1236 MeV isobar. An analysis of the data in terms of the cross sections σ T and σ L for the absorption of transverse and longitudinal photons is given for invariant masses of the final pion nucleon system W =1.220 GeV and W =1.350 GeV.

Neutrons from the breakup of $^{19}$C

Marqués, F.M. ; Liegard, E. ; Orr, N.A. ; et al.
Phys.Lett.B 381 (1996) 407-412, 1996.
Inspire Record 1389647 DOI 10.17182/hepdata.55047

Neutrons arising from the breakup of a 30 MeV/nucleon 19 C beam on a tantalum target have been measured using the 98 element array DEMON. A narrow, forward peaked neutron angular distribution, with a corresponding momentum spread considerably smaller than those measured simultaneously for 21 N, 22 O and 24 F, was observed for charged fragments with Z < Z proj . Interpreted in terms of the core-breakup reaction model, the results support the existence of a one neutron halo in 19 C.

Phys.Lett.B 415 (1997) 111-116, 1997.

The projectile fission of uranium at relativistic energy impinging on a Be target was investigated with the fragment separator, FRS, in order to produce and identify new isotopes and to measure their production yields. Fifty eight new fragments have been observed with a neutron excess of (N - Z)/Z reaching 0.8 and cross sections as small as 0.3 nb.
