RE/IM MEASUREMENTS TAKEN FROM TABLE 1 OF KIRILLOVA 65.
Using a data sample collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring, we observe a new neutral state $Z_c(3900)^{0}$ with a significance of $10.4\sigma$. The mass and width are measured to be $3894.8\pm2.3\pm3.2$ MeV/$c^2$ and $29.6\pm8.2\pm8.2$~MeV, respectively, where the first error is statistical and the second systematic. The Born cross section for $e^+e^-\to\pi^0\pi^0 J/\psi$ and the fraction of it attributable to $\pi^0 Z_c(3900)^{0}\to\pi^0\pi^0 J/\psi$ in the range $E_{cm}=4.19-4.42$ GeV are also determined. We interpret this state as the neutral partner of the four-quark candidate $Z_c(3900)^\pm$.
Efficiencies, yields, $R=\frac{\sigma(e^+e^-\to\pi^0 Z_c(3900)^{0}\to\pi^0\pi^0 J/\psi)}{\sigma(e^+e^-\to\pi^0\pi^0 J/\psi)}$, and $\pi^0\pi^0 J/\psi$ Born cross sections at each energy point. For $N(Z_c^0)$ and $N(\pi^0\pi^0 J/\psi)$ errors and upper limits are statistical only. For $R$ and $\sigma_{\rm Born}$, the first errors and statistical and second errors are systematic. The statistical uncertainties on the efficiencies are negligible. Upper limits of $R$ (90$\%$ confidence level) include systematic errors.
Using data samples collected at center of mass energies of $\sqrt{s}$ = 4.009, 4.226, 4.257, 4.358, 4.416 and 4.599 GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring, we search for the isospin violating decay $Y(4260)\rightarrow J/\psi \eta \pi^{0}$. No signal is observed, and upper limits on the cross section $\sigma(e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow J/\psi \eta \pi^{0})$ at the 90\% confidence level are determined to be 3.6, 1.7, 2.4, 1.4, 0.9 and 1.9 pb, respectively.
Results on $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow J/\psi\eta\pi^{0}$. Listed in the table are the integrated luminosity $\cal{L}$, radiative correction factor (1+$\delta^{r}$) taken from QED calculation assuming the $Y(4260)$ cross section follows a Breit$-$Wigner line shape, vacuum polarization factor (1+$\delta^{v}$), average efficiency ($\epsilon^{ee}{\cal B}^{ee}$ + $\epsilon^{\mu\mu}{\cal B}^{\mu\mu}$), number of observed events $N^\text{obs}$, number of estimated background events $N^\text{bkg}$, the efficiency corrected upper limits on the number of signal events $N^\text{up}$, and upper limits on the Born cross section $\sigma^\text{Born}_\text{UL}$ (at the 90 $\%$ C.L.) at each energy point.
Using data samples collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider at center-of-mass energies from 3.810 to 4.600 GeV, we perform a study of $e^{+}e^{-} \to \eta J/\psi$ and $\pi^0 J/\psi$. Statistically significant signals of $e^{+}e^{-} \to \eta J/\psi$ are observed at $\sqrt{s}$ = 4.190, 4.210, 4.220, 4.230, 4.245, 4.260, 4.360 and 4.420 GeV, while no signals of $e^{+}e^{-} \to \pi^{0} J/\psi$ are observed. The measured energy-dependent Born cross section for $e^{+}e^{-} \to \eta J/\psi$ shows an enhancement around 4.2~GeV. The measurement is compatible with an earlier measurement by Belle, but with a significantly improved precision.

The table shows the CM energy $\sqrt{s}$, integrated luminosity $\mathcal{L}_\mathrm{int}$, number of observed $\eta$ events $N^\mathrm{obs}_{\eta}(\mu^{+}\mu^{-})$/$N^\mathrm{obs}_{\eta}(e^{+}e^{-})$ from the fit, efficiency $\epsilon_{\mu}/\epsilon_{e}$, radiative correction factor $(1+\delta^{r})$, vacuum polarization factor $(1+\delta^{v})$, Born cross section $\sigma^{B}(\mu^{+}\mu^{-})$/$\sigma^{B}(e^{+}e^{-})$ and combined Born cross section $\sigma^{B}_\mathrm{Com}$. The first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic.

The first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic.
Upper limits of $e^{+}e^{-} \to \pi^{0} J/\psi$. The table shows the number of observed events in the $\pi^{0}$ signal region $N^\mathrm{sg}$, number of events in $\pi^{0}$ sideband $N^\mathrm{sb}_{\pi^{0}}$, and in $J/\psi$ sideband $N^\mathrm{sb}_{J/\psi}$, efficiency $\epsilon$, the upper limit of signal events with the consideration of the selection efficiency $N^\mathrm{up}(\mu^{+}\mu^{-})/\epsilon$ (at the $90\%$ C.L.) and the upper limit of Born cross sections $\sigma^{B}_\mathrm{up}$ (at the $90\%$ C.L.).
Using data samples collected at center-of-mass energies of $\sqrt{s}$ = 4.009, 4.230, 4.260, and 4.360 GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we perform a search for the process $e^+e^-\to\gamma\chi_{cJ}$ $(J = 0, 1, 2)$ and find evidence for $e^+e^-\to\gamma\chi_{c1}$ and $e^+e^-\to\gamma\chi_{c2}$ with statistical significances of 3.0$\sigma$ and 3.4$\sigma$, respectively. The Born cross sections $\sigma^{B}(e^+e^-\to\gamma\chi_{cJ})$, as well as their upper limits at the 90% confidence level are determined at each center-of-mass energy.

Double-spin asymmetries in the cross section of electroproduction of $\rho^0$ and $\phi$ mesons on the proton and deuteron are measured at the HERMES experiment. The photoabsorption asymmetry in exclusive $\rho^0$ electroproduction on the proton exhibits a positive tendency. This is consistent with theoretical predictions that the exchange of an object with unnatural parity contributes to exclusive $\rho^0$ electroproduction by transverse photons. The photoabsorption asymmetry on the deuteron is found to be consistent with zero. Double-spin asymmetries in $\rho^0$ and $\phi $ meson electroproduction by quasi-real photons were also found to be consistent with zero: the asymmetry in the case of the $\phi$ meson is compatible with a theoretical prediction which involves $s\bar{s}$ knockout from the nucleon.

Measurements of the cross section for exclusive virtual-photoproduction of rho^0 mesons from hydrogen are reported. The data were collected by the HERMES experiment using 27.5 GeV positrons incident on a hydrogen gas target in the HERA storage ring. The invariant mass W of the photon-nucleon system ranges from 4.0 to 6.0 GeV, while the negative squared four-momentum Q^2 of the virtual photon varies from 0.7 to 5.0 GeV^2. The present data together with most of the previous data at W > 4 GeV are well described by a model that infers the W-dependence of the cross section from the dependence on the Bjorken scaling variable x of the unpolarized structure function for deep-inelastic scattering. In addition, a model calculation based on Off-Forward Parton Distributions gives a fairly good account of the longitudinal component of the rho^0 production cross section for Q^2 > 2 GeV^2.
Cross sections are corrected for radiative effects (which typically amount s to 18 PCT).
Longitudinal cross sections. The listed uncertainties include both the total error on the measured RHO0 photoproduction cross sections and the error on theparametrization of R for W<7 GeV.
We present a measurement of the total cross section for γγ→hadrons, with one photon quasireal and the other a spacelike photon of mass squared −Q2. Results are presented as a function of Q2 and the γγ center-of-mass energy W, with the Q2 range extending from 0.2 to 60 GeV2, and W in the range from 2 to 10 GeV. The data were taken with the TPC/Two-Gamma facility at the SLAC e+e− storage ring PEP, which was operated at a beam energy of 14.5 GeV. The cross section exhibits a gentle falloff with increasing W. Its Q2 dependence is shown to be well described by an incoherent sum of vector-meson and pointlike scattering over most of the observed W range. Agreement at high Q2 is improved if a minimum-pT cutoff (motivated by QCD) is imposed on the pointlike contribution.

Results are presented on the exclusive production of four-prong final states in photon-photon collisions from the TPC/Two-Gamma detector at the SLAC e+e− storage ring PEP. Measurement of dE/dx and momentum in the time-projection chamber (TPC) provides identification of the final states 2π+2π−, K+K−π+π−, and 2K+2K−. For two quasireal incident photons, both the 2π+2π− and K+K−π+π− cross sections show a steep rise from threshold to a peak value, followed by a decrease at higher mass. Cross sections for the production of the final states ρ0ρ0, ρ0π+π−, and φπ+π− are presented, together with upper limits for φρ0, φφ, and K*0K¯ *0. The ρ0ρ0 contribution dominates the four-pion cross section at low masses, but falls to nearly zero above 2 GeV. Such behavior is inconsistent with expectations from vector dominance but can be accommodated by four-quark resonance models or by t-channel factorization. Angular distributions for the part of the data dominated by ρ0ρ0 final states are consistent with the production of JP=2+ or 0+ resonances but also with isotropic (nonresonant) production. When one of the virtual photons has mass (mγ2=-Q2≠0), the four-pion cross section is still dominated by ρ0ρ0 at low final-state masses Wγγ and by 2π+2π− at higher mass. Further, the dependence of the cross section on Q2 becomes increasingly flat as Wγγ increases.
