We have measured the ratio of inclusive production of η to π0 at transverse momenta above 1.5 GeV/c. Results are presented for various meson and proton beams with momenta of 100, 200, and 300 GeV/c incident upon a hydrogen target. The ηπ0 production ratio is found to be independent of incident beam momentum and of the transverse and longitudinal momenta of production. The ratio for pion- and proton-induced reactions is 0.44 ± 0.05; for kaons, it is 0.74 ± 0.12.

We present data on K − p reactions leading to the final states K 0 n , π 0 Λ, ηΛ, η'Λ, π − Σ + , K 0 Δ 0 (1230), and π − Σ + (1385) from a bubble chamber experiment at 14.3 GeV/ c K − lab momentum. Total and differential cross sections, Λ and Σ ∓ polarisations in π 0 Λ and π − Σ + final states as well as the Σ + (1385) density matrix elements are given.

The Reaction pi- p ---> eta n at High-Energies

Dahl, O.I. ; Johnson, R.A. ; Kenney, R.W. ; et al.
Phys.Rev.Lett. 37 (1976) 80, 1976.
Inspire Record 108647 DOI 10.17182/hepdata.21028

Measurements on the reaction π−p→ηn have been carried out at Fermilab with beam energies from 20 to 200 GeV in the same experiment in which pion charge-exchange scattering was studied. The differential cross sections have a pronounced dip in the forward direction. The data can be described well by a simple Regge-pole model but the resulting A2 trajectory is not degenerate with the ρ trajectory extracted from the charge-exchange data.

Differential Cross-Section for pi- p --> eta0 n at 6.0-GeV/c

The Carleton-Michigan State-Ohio State-Toronto collaboration Shaevitz, M.H. ; Reay, N.W. ; Reibel, K. ; et al.
Phys.Rev.Lett. 36 (1976) 5, 1976.
Inspire Record 2931 DOI 10.17182/hepdata.21104

We have measured the differential cross section for π−p→η0n at 6.0 GeV/c from 6730 very clean events in which the decay η→π+π−π0 was detected. The high statistics reveals a sizable forward turnover, implying a dominance of the helicity-flip amplitude. A precisely determined A2 trajectory, linear for |t|<1.0 (GeV/c)2, is found from combining our data with those at energies up to 101 GeV.

A STUDY OF THE STRONG INTERACTION FORM-FACTORS FOR K0(L) ---> pi mu neutrino AND K0(L) ---> pi electron neutrino

We have extracted the strong interaction form factors from K o e3 and K o μ3 data of our previously reported K o L experiment in a manner which does not assume an explicit q 2 = ( p K − p π ) 2 dependence. We present the unparameterized form factors ƒ + (q 2 ) from the K o L → πeν and K o L → πμν modes and ƒ o (q 2 ) and ξ ( q 2 ) from the K o L → πμν data. A comparison of these unparameterized results is made with the results of the Dalitz plot analyses.

Electromagnetic form-factors of the proton between 5 and 50 1/fm-squared

Phys.Lett.B 28 (1968) 276-278, 1968.

The external beam of the 2.5 GeV-electron-synchrotron has been used to measre elastic electron proton scattering at four-momentum-transfers between 15 and 50 fm −2 . By combining these results with measurements at small angles at DESY, we have obtained the electric and magnetic form factors separately. Their ratio shows a deviation from the scaling law.
