The g p -> K^0 Sigma^+ reaction has been measured from threshold to Eg=1.45 GeV (W_cm=1.9 GeV) using the Crystal Ball and TAPS multiphoton spectrometers together with the photon tagging facility at the Mainz Microtron MAMI. In the present experiment, this reaction was searched for in the 3pi^0 p final state, by assuming K^0_S -> pi^0 pi^0 and Sigma^+ -> pi^0 p. The experimental results include total and differential cross sections as well as the polarization of the recoil hyperon. The new data significantly improve empirical knowledge about the g p -> K^0 Sigma^+ reaction in the measured energy range. The results are compared to previous measurements and model predictions. It is demonstrated that adding the present g p -> K^0 Sigma^+ results to existing data allowed a better description of this reaction with various models.
The differential cross section for photon energies 1125, 1175 and 1225 MeV.
The differential cross section for photon energies 1275, 1325, 1375 and 1425 MeV.
The recoil polarization of the SIGMA+ for photon energy 1125, 1175 and 1225 MeV.
The angular distributions of the unpolarised differential cross section and tensor analysing power $A_{xx}$ of the $\vec{d}d\to\alpha \eta$ reaction have been measured at an excess energy of 16.6 MeV. The ambiguities in the partial-wave description of these data are made explicit by using the invariant amplitude decomposition. This allows the magnitude of the s-wave amplitude to be extracted and compared with results published at lower energies. In this way, firmer bounds could be obtained on the scattering length of the $\eta \alpha$ system. The results do not, however, unambiguously prove the existence of a quasi-bound $\eta \alpha$ state.

The tensor analyzing power T 20 for the p ( d , p d) and p ( d , p ) pn reactions θ cm p = 180° have been measured at incident deuteron momenta from 3.5 to 6.5 GeV/ c . For both reactions T 20 remains negative up to internal momentum k ⋍ 0.85 GeV/ c and show a rich structure beyond the region where T 20 is expected to be determined by the S - and D -states of the deuteron. The T 20 data for deuteron breakup without pion production, close to the backward elastic kinematics, were obtained simultaneously with the elastic data.
K is the internal momentum of the nucleon.
The polarization transfer κ 0 and the tensor analyzing power T 20 for the 1 H d p)d reaction have been measured up to an internal momentum of k = 0.58 GeV/c. Comparison of the same observables obtained in recent studies for 1 H d p)d reaction, as a function of k , show different behavior. However the data from these two reactions are almost identical when compared in T 20 versus κ 0 correlation plots. We discuss similarities and differences observed in the two reactions.
The authors use the Infinite Momentum Frame variable K= M( proton) * sqrt(1/(4*a*(1-a)) - 1), where a = (E(proton)+P_long(proton))/(E(deut)+P(deut)).

A description is given of the experimental techniques and investigation results of the parameters Σ , T , P for the γ p→p π 0 reaction using linear polarized photons and a polarized proton target. The measurements have been made in the photon energy range 280–450 MeV at pion c.m. angles between 60° and 135°. The new experimental data are used in an energy-independent channel multipole analysis without the Watson theorem.
