DATA FOR PIONS WITH MAXIMUM VALUE OF E*(1-COS(THETA))/W IN EVENT.
DATA FOR PIONS WITH MAXIMUM VALUE OF E*(1-COS(THETA))/W IN EVENT.
E*(1-COS(THETA))/W IS MAXIMUM OF THIS VALUE FOR ALL PIONS IN EVENT. PIONS WITH MAXIMUM VALUE OF E*(1-COS(THETA))/W IN EVENT ARE EXCLUDED FROM DATA.

The multiplicities per event of π ± and K ± are measured separately for e + e - annihilation into c c , b b , and light quark pairs at E cm=29 GeV. The K ± multiplicity is higher for heavy quark events than for light quark events. The π ± multiplicity and the π ± scaled differential cross section at low x = E beam/ E beam are found to be higher for b b events than for other events.
Numerical values requested from authors. Data given separately for (b bbar), (c cbar) and light quark jets.
Measured multiplicities for (b bbar) jets.
Measured multiplicities for (c cbar) jets.
The shower particles multiplicity distribution produced in 60A GeV16O-Em collisions is studied in the framework of an extended Glauber model in which terms higher than the first (optical limit) in the phase shift expansion are considered. These are the so-called eclipse correction terms. The calculated distribution shows satisfactory agreement with the present experimental data.
TARGET NUCLEUS IS NUCLEI OF FUJI EMULSION.

We report the first precision measurements of the scaled momentum, the charge multiplicity, and the thrust of hadronic jets in the Breit frame in Deep Inelastic Scattering ν μ N and ν ̄ μ N charged current events over the Q 2 range from 1 to 100 GeV 2 . The neutrino data, obtained in the NOMAD experiment at the CERN SPS, extend the Q 2 -evolution of these parameters by two orders of magnitude, and with commensurate precision, when compared to those reported by the ep and e + e − experiments.
Average neutrino energy. Peak postion of distribution on log(1/z) is presented.
